Managing Anger - Course Overview

This CSCT short course comprises a one-day, five-hour workshop on Managing Anger. It is designed for any individual who wants to understand anger better, to identify factors and stressors that lead to anger, and find personally meaningful ways of responding more effectively.
Participants who attend the workshop will be given a CSCT Certificate of Attendance.

Workshop Activities

A blend of information, group discussion, and role-play will be provided. The emphasis will be on active learning related to participants' work based experience. The main forms of learning involve:

  • Trainer and group led discussion
  • Practical exercises in pairs and small groups
  • Personal reflection

  • Analyse triggers to anger in a variety of contexts
